Unlike industrial pastas, many of Marella's cuts are handcrafted using traditional methods. The dough is extruded through bronze dies nad then air-dried at low temperature. The result is a flavorful pasta which expands when cooked, maintains its beautiful shape and is ideal for holding sauce.

Place pasta in 5-6 quarts boiling water. Add 1 table-spoon of coarse salt and stir every 1-2 minutes unitl cooked. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce. Cook in approximately 12-14 minutes.
